it can not find the localisation files for your language.
There are folders in /usr/share/locale for the different
languages. For example de_DE for german.
The files there have the translated names, text and
messages for the programs. For example, for
the calendar appliction the nam Kalender, the text
for timeformats for the clockk app ....
