I am thinking of buying a second one so I can swap between them when in repair. Does anybody know if problem is resolved in newer n900?

Now it has been two weeks without a written response, not from the seller (mobycity), not from their warranty company, not from their repair centre and absolutely not from Nokia who seems to have my phone now. It should not take that long to evaluate a damage and respond. Makes you wonder............
