you are absolutely spot on. Microsoft WP7 is a step ahead of what Maemo brought to the table, services integration into OS. Instead of millions of apps, OS is one big app. Very interesting approach.

Nokia Meego device simply cannot get the same kind of hype that it got with maemo5 n900, its a lost opportunity. Nokia has a lot to ponder and work on ..
