For myself, I have 200+apps installed, chances are there are quite some apps started and running in the background, compounded by the 'myth' perpetuated from android, "never close any apps, so they are always ready" it drags the whole system down. I found out you just have to "kill all" before start, the world is much more beautiful. There is an app to manage starting app if you would like to decide which app should start 1st.
