This is fixed in the current git HEAD.

mogg is no longer supported, and must be uninstalled. We now use ogg-support which imo is a much nicer package anyway.

I have the same problem of no time count, plus none of the fwd/rev buttons don't work - on ogg files only. I have ogg-support 0.9 and panucci 0.3-7 installed. I tried reinstalling both to no avail.
If I run panucci from the command line, load another ogg file and try to fast fwd/rev I get the following.

Any ideas?
