Kudos so far has to go to Richwhite because he has been so understanding and patient with me, away from this site and now I am joining in here with some immediate questions please.............

I would like your home screen icon Rich and your grey/silver numeric icons to replace the desktop switcher widget ones and some instructions please?

The other matter is how can you resize desktop contact icons when you have substituted an image for the default blue one - I would like one of my new screens to be for my family's contacts all with photos but a little smaller than their default size so they can all fit on.

Is there a software which I should be using to assist with all this - some of the screens are spectacularly good inmho

I hope you or someone can help me please

Cheers

Hi Roz, thanks for the kudos and i will upload the icons when i get back to the computer later (using the N900 at the moment).

I haven't a clue about contacts, Qosmio is the one to ask, but software, i used photoshop twice to make transparent backgrounds but otherwise most of us just download icon sets from google or deviantart

Edit: home icon attached. The others were from this icon set, just use the download link http://icons.mysitemyway.com/whitewa...-alphanumeric/
The home one is the correct size already, the rest will need resizing, i made them all 64x64 to be the same as my other icons, but desktop switcher lets you use whatever size you want. use www.picresize.com to do it, 64x64 pixels not percent and make sure to save as a .PNG
