In the next few hours, I'm going to (attempt to) build a flashable rootfs "restore" image. One that you can flash to your "bricked" N900 and get your files off, and potentially fix any issues you need. This may also be useful for people who want to mess with alternate configurations.
I'm going to try to make an image that -does not- require the OptFS to work; should be easy enough, if the default OptFS files are small enough(and they are).

My question to you guys is: What applications should it have?
My current list is:
1. BackupMenu(required in order to make the image in the first place).
2. tar-gnu -for making tarballs etc, in addition to being required.
3. bootmenu-n900 - required.
4. wget - So very useful.
5. vim - Cause its awesome.
6. ???

What programs(probably command-line) would you want to be able use as a dev/advanced user?
