it matters really as the 500 min. saves battery and improves performance
you can make a widget that sets the limits every lets say 30mints??
that should do it
or you reset it after every phone call

but I wrote a script and it will be uploaded within the next few minutes that will save battery and partially avoids the 125Mhz problem
