EDIT: new package - remove old before installing PR1.3 and then install new
new package - install BEFORE you install PR1.3

On this release:
1. does not use "custom" backend anymore
2. work around skype/telepathy bug when starting an audio-call to a phone number

(*) this release will only work on PR1.3. or on PR1.2 with the latest version of libqtm-contacts.
