My condolonces. I live in fear of that happening. My old N95 is now my sisters. It is having a lovely retirement not being hacked to death. My N97 was sold in disgust.

Nokia will (hopefully) give you a new one. I hope you have all your media and a backup on your PC. I've just lost all Octobers photos after forgetting to back them up, when I reflashed the eMMC ("A Homer moment" for sure). Good luck.
