What a ridiculous 'review'. It should have been considered a 'versus' article on an apple fan-site.
The review harps on the same tired arguments that fanbois troll about it blog comments, and finds the device lacking in very specific areas compared to the iPad (eg. size, battery life, browser scrolling, or dedicated tablet apps). Now these points are worth consideration in an unbiased review, but when the review focuses on only these points as comparative fodder, it begins to wreak of bias.
Of course, the review fails to capture characteristics of the Android OS that might make this device useful and desired. For instance, text dictation or in-built navigation. It similarly doesn't delve into the bundled apps as a point of differentiation.
Lastly, it brings up some things are are known fallacies. For example, it talks about 'holding the device to one's head and looking like an idiot.' Of course an individual would look (and arguable be) an idiot if they were holding something to their heads to use as a phone -- that clearly isn't a phone. Perhaps the reviewer is said idiot?
He also mentions that fonts can look fuzzy on the Tab because they're scaled up to the larger screen, or emphasizing that Google stated that Froyo isn't ready for tablets and market apps simply wont work. This is known to be false.
The Tech Radar review, isn't a credible review, and should be avoided.
