I'm pretty sure they're created from GIT sources, so they should actually be newer than anything official from Nokia, but to not cause trouble I believe he's using the same version number as the official one.

Correct me if I'm wrong Mohammad.

I'm guessing that the newest ones includes all fixes post PR1.3.
