By the way, the mapping software is free.. routing and voice are not. Don't like it? Don't buy it. Keep using Maemo Mapper. It's not like the N810 is even meant as an upgrade anyways, but a way to bring the tablets to the mainstream.

I'm seriously sick of all your negativity. It's clear that you expected miracles and to have your quad core CPU on the go for nothing. If you hate your purchase so much, just go away and stop trying to bring the rest of us down.

Sorry everyone... it had to be said.
Jay, I hold a strong opinion on things because I hope that it will find its way back to the developers/marketing people of this product. We all know that Nokia employees, journalists, etc read this website who are directly related to its production and planning.

I love gadgets, I love toys, and I love useful items that make my days easier to deal with. Id rather say, out loud, what many users on this board feel. And, from the look of the poll so far, it seems many share at least part of my opinion.

So why do I get angry? Simple, because companies dont make the best product they can. And I hate saying that Apple seems to be the only one who gives a crap. I dont like Apple, but I respect what they're trying to do. They're trying to make technology easier to use.

Take the Nokia N95 8g for example. It has an amazing list of features, and Ill never buy it. Why? Because in order to put the bigger screen on it, they had to reduce the navigation cluster even further. They've got 10 buttons squeezed into the space of a stick of gum. Honestly Nokia, are you kidding me?

look at this for example: http://europe.nokia.com/A4142117 (Nokia 6131 phone)

under tech specs, they have this listed:

"Clearly separated keys for easy dialing and messaging"

Amazing. Then they totally forgot about it.

If you dont get mad about poor design, its because you've never used a great product before.
