That command is a VERY risky thing to do. It makes your custom configuration the default settings, even after a reboot instead of loading standard settings. Sounds good...but if your phone becomes unstable and keeps rebooting, it will keep loading an unstable configuration with obvious serious consequences. Better to run a command or two after a reboot or, to make loading configurations even easier, setup Queen Beecon or something.
