Just to be clear, this is no decision yet. It's just what the ITC's investigation staff said in their pre-trial briefing. Judge doesn't have ot follow the advice.

Still, I flicked trhough the document and it looks quite strong for Nokia. In the camera patent issue, Apple coulndn't even convince ITC that the iPhone uses the patent described technology, let alone Nokia. Apple also dropped quite many claims against voluntarily before trial.
