When MS copy (and they do that all the time, or steal) they really do copy, like WP7's first iteration will have no copy+paste - just like the iphone
Apple sued Microsoft over elements that they had themselves got from the Xerox Parc work. The lawsuit went nowhere, as everyone in the industry with a brain had predicted.
