Can you go into x-terminal and type
Code:
top
then press enter

(Use the volume rocker to make smaller/larger on screen)
Then screenshot it and post it up here.
Use ctrl+Shift+P to screenshot, the file will be stored in images/screenshots.

It should give information on what processes are using how much ram
