I too haven't been able to either use the previous 1.2 Titan kernel after updating to 1.3, nor have I been able to install and use the OC'd kernel.

uname-r shows the standard non-OC'd kernel in place; running the apt-get reflash-powerkernel thing says "unable to download", and uninstalling/reinstalling the "pewer kernel settings" from app manager does not install and activate the power kernel.

So I'm thinking the same thing that others are saying here, that 1.3 does not support the OC kernel.

For people that says it does,are you certain you are running OC'd? Have you run Conky and seen the procesor level results for certain? Sorry to insult you if I have, I'm just trying to make sure.
