If you set "monitor incoming calls for" to "Disabled", shutdown mycontacts and then using the "settings" application set a new ring tone to the profile mycontacts will be completely out of play.

Mycontacts will only set the "ring tone" to the symbolic link "crochik-general" if the "monitor incoming calls" is set to either "All" or "Ring Tones per Group" when it is started.
