Sorry my WiFi is down right now so i can't check but there might be some dependency that have to be installed in 'red pill' mode but that should not be a problem with an install from a repo. The file might just be missing from the repo, since it is not hosted at meamo.org, or the repo could be down, there is a log in the application manager (check 'tools' > 'log' after you update.
