I need to read trough the QBW explanation again also.
In filebox the top icon on the right hand side in the clipboard menu (in landscape) is the paste button mate, once you hit that it'll ask you if you want to overwrite. Also as richwhite stated the icons MUST be the same size as those you're replacing
