None of the "holier than thou" people on this forum have any problem with anyone highlighting the shortcomings of any app, as long as it is done in a constructive and non combative way.

the problem is not what you say but how you say it, (paraphrasing here)

"Is there another mms app? fmms sucks" & "fmms lacks bascic mms features, it sucks"
Instead you could have just said,
"is there another mms app?" & "in fmms i would like to see ____" or "fmms would be better if ___"

If you whine and demand you will only ever get a negative responce,
if you would like to see features in an app then ask for them politely (you'd be suprised at how often thats all it takes) devs aren't mind readers.
and finaly a responce that is often over used on here but is very relevant now,
if you think you could do better code it your self.
