Probably, like this:

Open a terminal, and type:

sudo apt-get install python2.5-sip4=4.10.5-maemo0

That fixed a whole bunch of python apps for me. Thanks to noobmonkey in this thread http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?p=861142
