Nokia support might suck but free app from frals that adds mms cabability to this device is huge bonus and imo frals app does excatly what you normally would expect from mms app. Anything else is just bonus and making it shine more.
What I meant to say is that data plans in Canada cost a lot and my wife has a what Rogers call MMS package for $15 a month. And what Rogers does on their own specific phones is to "open up the data a little bit" enough to get the MMS messages through, without incurring actual data usage. But they have not been able to do that with this phone after being in the store for 3 hours with their tech hacking away at the phone. They eventually got receive to work, but not send. I love the community but the community here has not helped me at all with this problem. I have posts else where and no one has been able to help. Network problem or not, if an old dumb phone can send/receive MMS without using a data plan, a.k.a being on a MMS bundle/package, then why can't this phone do the same?
