Are you sure that what you're experiencing isn't just a "smoke and mirrors" type of interpretation? For example, I noticed that my n810 boots up in 15-20secs ONLY after I let the battery die and then plug the charger cable in. However, if the battery is not dead, and I reboot or turn off/on, it DOES take about 2-3 minutes to start up.

In short, I believe what you are experiencing is normal and is as intended.
