Nokia should have just bought the rights to tweakflash for a nominal sum and released it with PR 1.3 billed as "Flash 10.1" compatibility update... Ask yourselves why you want flash 10.1, if it is, as i'm guessing it is for most people, because lots of flash sites are now using flash 10.1 then all you need to do is get tweakflash. Getting a bit bored of people playing top trumps with version numbers to be honest...
