Symbian is now the same as Android and ios where there is now only Symbian(not S^3, S^4 etc) that will get updates.

Anyways this months old news that got huge thread about already.
I think there are many technical and commercial boundaries that can be used to draw a line between "We'll support it" and "Oh, sorry but that's not .... anymore".

But, we all know that those are just lines they give us. (Excuses?)
If Nokia wants to, there's no real obstacle for them to bestow a proper MeeGo 1.1 (or whathever) on the n900. I think that's what's really annoying most users here.

And to continue on the numbers game:
How long has the n900 been available in the market before they cease maemo's development and announced MeeGo? IMHO, the n900 has not peaked yet. I'll let these numbers speak for themselves:
