I did that and nothing came back but I tried "dpkg --get- selections osso*" and got a list longer than what the display could hold! What is "osso"? I'm a noob with the Linux, it's very interesting though. Anyway, these are the things that showed pertaining to "rss feed reader" (there were more that were too far up for me to view).

why so much?! Is there anythin I can kill/uninstall any of this?
