Nope, these are the "tamper resistant" (defined as "Drivers only available to OEM's and authorized service personnel" - yeah, right) ones. Note the post in the centre and compare with the picture in the original article, very different things.

so basically this means you should buy a special 5 star screwdriver and a set of those screws if you want to open iPhone 4

Of course, if you don't like them you're free to replace them with Phillips screws or whatever else you fancy.
