For QuickLaunch: install latest devel-version, then go to phone settings and re-set your applications to quicklaunch to get new icons.

For FileBox: ask the developer (CepiPerez) if he's gonna add Faenza icons to the program. FileBox is using it's own icons and not following theme's icon theme.
