Have you opened the original Nokia BL-5J battery to get the cables soldered to the correct places for the second battery?

I took the outer tape out, but still the battery holds together rather strong and I wonder what I should "break" to get it open cleanly.
There is little holes on the edge where maybe is some glue. Should I try to drill the glue out first?
