You've already installed Preenv, and then apparently uninstalled it, and now you're trying to install it again?!?!

I can't keep up.

Do you realise when you install it, you won't find an icon for it? You have to go to X-Term and type in 'preenv'? It's all on the Wiki: http://wiki.maemo.org/Preenv
