I presume this is quite a request, but considering the number of MIDI-out capable keyboards, and the availability of MIDI2Usb interfaces, not to mention that most new keyboards support this natively, a MIDI-in capable synth would be a great addition to the Maemo catalog, now that we have USB hostmode.
Honestly, I would be happy with a xylophone emulator, even a recorder flute emulator would get me going, but it would be really nice to see a velocity-sensing, polyphonic-aftertouch compatible synth, just so I could plug an ASR10 down the N900 and start jamming. Ok, I'm getting carried away.
Would any brave souls be interested in doing that one?
