I know the answer is probably yes to all these questions but i want to be sure before I buy, and there are too many posts on here to check though.

1) Can I connect to my work email server to get my appointments and emails live (we use microsoft small business server 2003)
I did not try this one as our corporate policy does not allow "foreign" phones but I am sending/forwarding the appointments
from Outlook with "Forward as iCalendar" which attaches a *.ics file to the mail.

When I open this ics item in the email on the N900 it jumps directly to calendar and creates a new item. :-)
Only minus: attachments have to be included into the forward email.

emails probably could be done via rules but I did not try this.

The BT profiles are here:

:
"Bluetooth Profiles
A2DP, AVRCP, FTP, HFP, HSP, OPP "

I did not try this.

According to

Anyway: do a very detailed research before buying the N900!
