Microb will start with fresh profile inside .mozilla/ folder, if you remove the folder. That is: You have enter the information inside the folder for browsing the web again and save login info and all.
You are not screwed up, but you lost some valuable data.
A common workaround before deleting something,might be to make a backup with
Code:
mv youruselessfolder youruselessfolder_backup
and wait some time to evaluate the damage.
