I've not been on this forum for maybe a year, and I've not been using my N800 in that time,

I am trying to use my N800 again with Maemo Mapper and am having problems I never had before, and can't understand.

The program keeps crashing when I try to download maps.

Have I missed any major changes in the N800 software or firmware in the last year?

It's running Maemo 4, reporting it as OS2008 version 5.2.008.43-7.
