Nokia does, the n900 would have had USB OTG, but they couldn't make it work in time. When they changed from a barrel charging plug to USB charging, the added complexity couldn't be solved before USB OTG certification. Or something like that.
Anyway, getting an n8x0 to act as a USB host is relatively simple, this would have also been true for the n900 if Nokia had kept the same charging configuration as the previous tablets. I think they wanted to be good EU citizens.
