My view is there's a reason why the CPU isn't clocked to 900MHz OOB. Since I don't know more than the devs at Nokia, I'll leave it as is, unless there is a very pressing reason to do otherwise.
If they overclocked them by default, users would complain about battery not being strong enough. It's not strong enough as it is, so I overclock anywhere form 750 to 1000 depending on what I'm doing.

The Cortex A8 clocks from 600 to 1000 Mhz anyway, gotta love Nokia for doing the bare minimum.
