Yes, and if they're actively selling it then they should still be actively supporting the product. All indications, including from those that work for Nokia is that support has basically been ramped down to the lowest level and my contention is that they should not be allowed to behave as such until a product is no longer sold or at least until the successor is released. I go into more detail in previous posts in this thread.
