Cortex A8 was never designed to run 2Ghz.
anyways, i found a post somewhere showing n900 oced to 1,6Ghz. it had a cooler attached on its back

but do not try it. seriously, if you want to overclock dont go further than 1000

EDIT: my lowest temperature was 22C
