That means it was the same file >_<
I was hoping that was the problem.
You could try
# apt-get remove qemu-kvm
# apt-get remove qemu
Then
# dpkg -i qemu-kvm_0.12.3-0maemo1_armel.deb
But for now I'm out of ideas, sorry.
