ohk I did that via winscp
but when I do
(root)
chmod +x /home/user/bin/fdisk

I get chmod: /home/user/bin/fdisk: Operation not permitted
~ $

:s ??? I did that as you directed

ohk I tried it again..n I went through the chmod step..but after that when I typed fdisk (enter) I get:
Permission denied :s
