I work in sales selling mobiles and one night ago I had a great moment when a dude came over asking if it still was a good idea to get the N900. I had to tell him that it'll demand a lot from you to only start the journey now, since the past 12 months with this device have been immense, and the threat of being "left behind" has haunted us since the first 6 months. Still the greatness outweighs the bad to such a proportion, that I fear that the next Nokia "Maemo" device won't deliver deliver sufficiently and will pale in contrast the memory of the N900. It really shook me up to think of the past 12 months with this lovely device, and I owe a huge deal to the community with its devs, epic threads and the excitement of discovering something new it has given me. Merry Christmas Everyone!
