I don't blame you at all, honestly. If there's anything I can give Nokia credit for, it's for heightening my sense of cynicism about how companies can and will treat their customers as badly as the law will allow and to be wary of forward looking statements about any length of support.

As for texting as an excuse to confuse Android and Droid, I think I would have had far more respect for you if you had even said that you didn't know the difference. Using a generation as an excuse for poor communications is no excuse at all. If you are confusing brands and models with your mistakes, you're obviously communicating wrong.
