Hi! newbie noob here! lol. I just recently got a N900 (after having a N97). I've been trying to get my su-8w keyboard to work, it will pair? (blue light still flashes) but not function.

So I downloaded "extkbd" & tried to connect, getting error message "An error occured while connecting Nokia SU-8W Method Connect with signature on interface org.bluez.Input doesn't exist".

I then downloaded rootsh, rebooted & opened x-terminal, but after I type in the command "sudo gainroot", & "/etc/bluetooth/main.conf" I then get the message "permission denied". So I can't seem to enable the input plugin. What am I doing wrong? Could anyone advise me possibly with
step by step instructions
