wget for maemo does not have the option --trust-server-names, while it is a possible option for the i386 architecture, so the is a bug in the postinst script of the package.
Did you ever check the temporary log in /tmp?

To apply some force to get rid try

dpkg -r --force-remove-reinstreq ndg
