To post a picture on here you can paste the url between (img) (/img) tags, but changing the round () brackets for square [] ones, so you'll have (img)IMAGE URL(/img) but with square brackets.

To take a screenshot of your desktop you can use ctrl-shift-p, which you can upload to tinypic.com to get an image url, which you can then post as above
