Install Carman.
Now I wanted to activate GPS.

Went into X-Terminal, typed sudo gainroot and typed the command as written above.

got following error

bin/sh: .carman/carman.conf: Permission denied

Can anobdoy please explain, how to activate GPS.

What am I doing wrong that I do not get the permission to edit the file.
