Mass storage mode doesnt work on gingerbread yet but e-yes mentioned that he fixed it and we ll have it in the next release.

You d better remove all the files from old installation. Enter to /and directory, after you mounted the nitdroid partition in it, and run "rm rf *" without ". Then extract the gingerbread rootfs and install again the kernel. Be careful to cd in the right directory otherwise you will delete your data.
