Clear Device seems to have worked.

Been texting, running internet and other apps throughout lunch and battery is still at 70%.

Now, I need to figure out how to restore everything to its previous state except for whatever was causing the problem.
Am I to make the first assumption that it was something to do with PR 1.3?
